It was very difficult to get appointment where I live in the Swale council for an implant exchange. So I had to travel from the isle of Sheppey all the way to beckenham beacon to be seen. I was booked in about 3. 15 and was told I might not even get it done on that day but fortunately I got seen at 7. 15 after 4 hours wait and the nurse said I'll be the last one she will be doing for the day. The nurse was really nice and looked after me very well. Thank you very much Nurse Ruth of Beckenham Beacon!
