About: The Great Western Hospital / Accident and emergency

I would like to say a massive thanks to all the staff who have looked after my daughter Maisie when she fractured her arm.

From the moment we stepped into GWH..last week, to the moment we left today all the staff were exceptionally good.

We were made to feel special and very well cared for.

Thank you for putting Maisie and myself at ease through the trauma.

From A & E...xray....Tom on the childrens unit ...doctors and consultants.

I was very impressed. Thank you so much

Thank you for your feedback on your daughters recent experience at the Great Western Hospital A&E department when she fractured her arm. Please be assured your comments will be passed on to all the relevant staff in A&E, x-ray, the children's unit and doctors and consultants responsible for Maisie's care. Your positive comments on the care received will be greatly appreciated.
