I went to this clinic waited 2 weeks for the appointment only to wait 4 hours and be told to rebook as they were under staff then had to wait another 9 days.

Got their at 8.30 second time and was told I wouldn't be seen till 12 so I went out and came back. By 12.30 I started feeling sick light headed were I haven't eaten from since last night.

then I was told I had to at wait further 4 more hours or re book for another day.

Totally disappointed with the service and advised given.

I was being told one thing and them doing another. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Would never recommend this clinic to anyone service care and time frames are a joke.

Can tell your nhs as if I was paying private bet I wouldn't of got treated like that.

I am very sorry this has taken so long to respond to you, however we did not have access to this site until recently. I am going through the back log as I want to try and answer as many people as possible.

I apologise for your poor experience and can tell you that we have made improvements since your visit and we have had some very positive feedback, which is encouraging.
