Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your father.

It means so much that at such a difficult time for you, you have spared a moment to share your experience and I am pleased to read that you found our staff to be caring and compassionate. We are really proud of our palliative care team and ward staff, who always keep the patient and their family at the heart of all they do. I know they will be very grateful to receive your kind words.

Once again, thank you for sharing your views.
