What I liked
The speed and professionalism in which my medical problems were diagnosed. The courtesy
and helpfulness of the medical and non medical staff
What could be improved
Administration needs improving, i.e. medical records not being delivered to the appropriate consultant/registrar within the appointment time of the patient making them wait for sometime to be seen, in some cases patients with later appointments being seen before them and referral letters not being forwarded to other departments.
Hopefully this will improve after the move out of that very old building into the new hospital being
built nearby.
Anything else?
I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
