What I liked
The service and respect shown by all staff from the moment of arrival was excellent. I have not felt as relaxed before an operation as I was able to here. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are very reassuring in their manner. They are all friendly and professional, making everything run smoothly, efficiently and on time.
The total experience, although daunting, went without any hitches or hold ups and I am now enjoying the benefits of my knee surgery.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.
