Although I have not even undergone any physio as yet I feel I wanted to leave a review based on a telephone conversation yesterday with a extremely professional , sympathetic and helpfull physiotherapist I spoke with yesterday.
I simply rang for advice regarding using a foot spa following and accident I had on the 1st June whereby I fell and damaged some ligaments in my ankle . The physiotherapist was very interested and generally concerned about my injuries and based on the assessment they carried out on the phone with me immediately referred me for physio, they answered my worries and concerns and left me feeling a lot happier about my progress. As I mentioned I haven't even started any physio as yet as I am waiting for an appointment for a start date however based on my first hand experiance I am confident about my forthcoming appointment. I just hope they are gentle due to the severity of my pain ! .
