"Utter waste of space. Impossible to contact..."

About: West Suffolk Hospital / Dermatology

Almost impossible to usefully contact anyone at this hospital. Have emailed my consultant, their secretary and PALS requesting over the last few days and none have responded, despite making it clear I require a prompt reply.

Please go elsewhere if you are able.

Last time this happened, posting a bad review here was the only way to get hold of anybody, so hoping it might have the same effect this time. Shame that the place is clearly more concerned about its public image than actually helping patients.
