(as a relative),

Mam was unwell overnight and taken by ambulance to Emergency Department. She was septic. The care was marvellous in the Department from nurses to Doctors but would like to say a big thank you to Suzi nurse practitioner. Dealt with mam with care and compassion. A true delight to the profession. Mam was later transferred to D40 and after assessment moved to E 54. After care was brilliant too. I work in the NHS, and being on the other side with my mam being a patient can be heart breaking. Can't thank them enough. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Xx

We are so pleased to hear your mum was well cared for and is feeling better. It can be very difficult to see a loved one unwell and our team will be very pleased to hear that their efforts are so much appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
