"Admission to A&E on Sunday morning 4th June"

About: West Suffolk Hospital / Accident and emergency

As Out of Hours was fully booked on Sunday morning I waited two hours to see a GP ,

I was suffering from a severe chest infection and bad cough.

Once in the system the doctor I saw was absolutely charming attended to me swiftly and arranged for all necessary tests to be done before giving me an intravenous antibiotic immediately and Nebuliser which eased my breathing no end. I was then sent home with lots of pills! All through the procedure the staff were absolutely wonderful, introduced themselves , full of reassurances and smiles. I could not have asked for better service or treatment. Cannot congratulate the West Suffolk and its staff more highly. Thank you all very much.
