What I liked

Thank you for providing us with such a supportive excellent service which gave us our beautiful second daughter. The mid-wives on the wards were amazing. Right from visiting the Early Pregnancy Centre at the start of the pregnancy until Lucy was born, every single member of staff at St Michael's treated us exactly how we would like to be treated during a really stressful time. In particular, the two mid-wives who saw us through the night on the 3/4th May - outstanding wonderful members of staff who we really won't forget.

Thanks to everyone involved in our care.

What could be improved

I would like to have found on your website the names of the Ward/Clinic Managers to be able to write directly and so that individuals might find out how fantastic we thought they were! If you could provide these I would be really grateful.
