"Visit today at Gynaecology"

I attended an appointment today at the Gynaecology Department. I was so impressed with the staff especially the doctor I saw. They introduced themself and put me at ease straight away. They explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood the information and the procedure they would be carrying out. Unfortunately, I have to go in for day procedure which, again they went through with me. As this is required urgently, I had to visit various departments i.e pre-assessment, admissions and blood tests. Every department I went to the people were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the receptionist in the admissions went out of their way to obtain an a date that fitted in around me. I was trying to find one of the departments and lost my way and was spotted by porter who gallantly saved me and took me to where I need to be. From the cashier in WH Smith's and the member of staff at the main reception desk all in there own way were so very helpful. The staff are warm welcoming and vey friendly and I am so grateful to them for making my visit today a much better experience than I thought it would be. Well done to you all.
