What I liked

I was recently hospitalised in Aster ward and two or three months was in Isabella ward. I have to say that both wards were first class. The nurses were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They work very, very hard and sometime (as was the case in Aster) have to put up with undeserved abuse from patients. Their demenour never slips, there is care and attention for all and these nurses should be applauded for the hard work and dedication that they show on a day to day basis.

The Doctors were fantastic, knowledgeable and kind. No part of my treatment was undertaken until it had been discussed with me. My proceedure was well explained and I went to theatre feeling comfortable and reassured by all who attended.

Due to my condition, I know for a fact that I will be hospitalised again (hopefully in the not too near future) and as long as the staff in these wards are the caring and kind people that they are, then I for one shall not have any reservations or qualms about being under their care.
