The nurses are on the whole amazing...
What could be improved
I went to the day services dept. with my husband who was having a procedure..One by one other patients were being called in,even people arriving much later than us..An hour after the appointment time I informed a nurse that my husband feels forgotten.The reply was that the Doctor was late coming onto the department..We just wish we had been told- it would have given us the choice to wait ..or leave and rebook..
When my husband pointed this out to another nurse she said another problem existed..My husbands notes were missing and that added to the delay also.
Typical..Thats the 3rd time thats happened to him.It also happened on the day of an operation.His morning surgery was delayed to the afternoon.It all puts us off coming for appoitments in the futu
Anything else?
Why is there a padlock on the fire escape door in day services ???.
