Tried for a full day to get through to someone after over 2 hours on hold and going online requesting the call back service for every time they had that day no call back I finally spoke to someone at 10pm to be told to phone back tomorrow as they couldn't help ???? so how does the24 hour service work I'm beyond upset feel like I've wasted a day is it going to be the same tomorrow at what's already an upsetting time I feel let down by the service provided.
