"Emergency Care"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus) / Ophthalmology

I underwent an emergency detached retina operation.

I cannot praise the nursing and surgeons high enough.

Throughout the whole procedure I felt well cared for and was kept informed of every procedure.

The aftercare too was very caring.

The wards and facilities were extremely clean and well maintained.

I would like to thank all the staff on the Macular ward for their care and attention I received.

I shall certainly pass on your comments to the staff on the ward as I know how much they appreciate thoughtful comments such as yours and how encouraging it is for them. What's also appreciated is that you highlight caring, information and the environment, as it is these elements that make for a good experience and ones that we try to ensure we deliver. As well as of course as a good clinical outcome, and I hope yours is progressing. Thank you again for taking the time to post a comment.
