HI I took my 84 year old ( very nervous) mum to your unit on Friday 2 June AM.
the whole experience was wonderful, all thanks to the staff.
special thanks to the lovely member of staff ( light purple uniform ) who took mums history and details. This member of staff was lovely and completely put my mum at ease. Though mum is a bit doddery and also hard of hearing, this member of staff took their time to explain things. Their bedside manner is lovely.
the nursing team who did the procedure were also lovely. Mum was full of praise for them.
Lastly a nice nurse who dealt with her aftercare. This nurse made us both a cuppa then took time to fully explain things to mum. The nurse's whole manner was professional yet caring and compassionate.
Im a nurse Manager at SRFT and I am proud of both our NHS and the care my mum got that day
