(as the patient),

Recently after a fall I visited the A&E unit of the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford for a fracture check. I found the service and care to be exemplary at all levels with very little waiting other than for test results which may well be expected.

The department was not under intense pressure whilst I was there but this in no way detracts from the excellent service I received.

On two previous visits to this hospital - the eye unit and the dental unit I received the same excellent care and service. In my opinion this is a well managed hospital.
