"All the staff where very nice. ..."

What I liked

All the staff where very nice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the nurses on the ward to the doctors and all theatre staff. I was informed all the time of what they were going to do to me.

What could be improved

Had to wait on a chair from 12noon to 4.30pm before going to theatre. I would of liked to of had a lie down before going to theatre as had not slept the night before with worry, and had an headache.

Car parking is bad.

Anything else?

Overall Burnley was a good hospital for the the operation i had done. I dont know about other areas of the hospital. But to all the staff on ward 16 thank you very much you do a good job.
