"Fantastic"

Visited a and e today with a friend who had been kicked by a horse and had suspect broken bones kidney and spleen damage.

Cannot fault the service. Quick and efficient. My friend was seen full history taken all obs done and sent for CT scan. The doctor apologised for us having to wait but I was secretly thinking how quickly we were seen through the process. All the staff from the lovely friendly radiology porter. The friendly and very professional HCA who did my friends observations and the fabulous doctor who explained everything in an empathetic and very caring manner were all a credit to our NHS service. Also a special thanks to the lovely ward help who brought me coffee and biscuits while I waited. Luckily my friend had a couple of broken ribs but no serious damage and were soon sent on our way. My friend though sore was happy and reassured. Thank you so very much you are a credit to our health service.
