About: Charing Cross Hospital

What I liked

On Mon the the 14th of June I had to cancel a podiatery surgury on 17/06/10 and the lady at the admission office gave me the 22nd of Sep. for surgury and asked me if 10th of Sep suits me to meet the doctor again, but I told her that I will be abroad from the beginning of Aug. to the 14th of Sep. Therefore she give me an appointment of the 15th of Sep. and she confirmed it twice, if you can review the call records, when I asked her for the exact time for the clininc appointment she said that I will receive a letter from the podiatery. Few days later Ireceived two letters ; one confirming the surgury on the 22nd of Sep and the other confirming that my appointment at the podiatery clinic will be on the 10th of Sep!

How can I be given an appointment and recive a letter confirming another appointment! I said clearly to the admission that I will be abroad on this time and therefore she gave mt the 15th Sep instead and confirmed that.

I called the hospital admission Friday 18th of June who suggested given me another appointment on the 24th of Sep which means that it will be after the surrgury which is due on 22nd of Sep, so they could not sort it out and advised me to call the podiatery which I did. Again they suggested the same as there is no appointments ,now, on 15th and 16th of Sep and they suggested 24th appointment for the clinic. I asked how it comes they put the line to other extension for help but no one was answering. I made four calls on Friday 18th of June but there was no vital solutions. I asked if I can come to the surgury directly on the 22nd as I had signed the consent form and made the required tests, but no one was able to help me and they asked me to call the podiatery by the begining of the next week. Again I called two or three times today, Tue. the 22nd of June but either no one to answer or the podiatery reception suggests the same suggestions and put the line to the podiatery but no one answering
