"An injured animal would receive ..."

About: Wycombe Hospital

Anything else?

An injured animal would receive better treatment with the RSPCA than a 97 year old at Wycombe A & E made to wait over 9 hours before being admitted. That is no way in today’s civilised society to deal with any patient let alone a lady of such an age. To be offered no food or drink without having to ask the nursing staff also beggars belief.

And if any manager attempts to blames monetary cuts or staff shortages perhaps that manager should take a pay cut, lose their job or work on the front line for a week.

On this performance if A & E were in the private sector they would have no business and be bust in a month.
