I had a total knee replacement on 16.05.2017 and have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved in my care. Everyone was kind, caring and respectful at all times. They made both me and my partner feel very welcome & that nothing was too much trouble for them.
To be told to ring your buzzer any time you needed pain relief or help was amazing, I have been in hospitals where ringing the buzzer was a scary thing to do!
Everyone took pride in their role and seemed to really want their patients to be as comfortable & happy as possible during their stay. The atmosphere on the ward was lovely and it was good to have a giggle with staff too. I want to say a huge thank you to you all for making my time with you such a great experience and for being lovely, lively & brilliant at what you do feel proud please. Also have to say that the food was amazing not at all like hospital food brilliant.
"Ward 7 fantastic"
