"Poorly little boy bank holiday weekend may2017"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited the accident and emergency department on Saturday morning, with our grandson , the staff at reception were brilliant, even thought we could not recall half the information the person asked for , they were very patient, didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all, they were very calm but caring, sent us through to stage two, very quickly staff were at hand to help us, a doctor arrived within 10 min examined our grandson and told us what they had diagnosed as the problem, they passed instructions to the two lovely staff nurses who helped all the way through, giving help and watching over him for the next 90 min, stage three was to give him more medication and carry on observing his condition, and then the news we were waiting for, you can take him home, with some guidance information for the next few days,. We were amazed at how quickly the medication worked and the speed the staff worked to.

You are an amazing team.......

Thank you

Julie and Matt
