What I liked

I liked the medical assessment unit who were excellent as I felt very ill. I did not like the surgical assessment unit and was left sitting on a plastic chair for hours.

What could be improved

cleanliness in SAU , food was grey and often cold with choices ordered not available, appalling noisy, poor communication, lights off earleir at night as 2am is not aceptable is it? no discharge planning, drug administration poor and so on!!

Anything else?

parking for pick up of very sick people on discharge was dreadfully difficult and meant a sick disabled adult had to walk about 20 minutes back to a car!
