I had a procedure by the doctor who was absolutely fantastic, the doctor was 5 star they put me at ease, explained things to me, and really was brilliant.
The majority of nurses and care staff were also lovely, however my names nurse for the 2 nights that I stayed was really quite rude. They mumbled so much that I could not make out what their name was. I felt quite upset and like I could not press my buzzer as it was a hassle for them. I was very disappointed, I paid for my treatment myself as a private patient and this was not what I expected.
The hospital was clean, the theatre staff were really good, I liked that I had my own room and the food nice.
