"Gynaecology is fantastic"

I visited with pelvic pain and an ovarian cyst.

For the past 5 months I have had several appointments with my GP for back pain/pelvic pain and each time that I saw them, I felt like a huge inconvenience. It seemed that my GP was only interested in giving me a sick note (probably thinking that I was trying to get out of going to work, when in actual fact, I needed help).

I was finally referred to gynaecology at Good Hope and I was not expecting to get anywhere with relieving my symptoms. This however was not the case.

Every single member of staff within the gynaecology dept. was polite, professional and extremely helpful at all times. I was especially pleased with the Doctors attitude towards my symptoms, and their efforts to explain everything to me. I felt that the Doctor had time for me and I wasn't rushed through the appointment.
