What I liked

I have read many negative comments about health care in nhs hospitals, but I wanted you to know that my experiences in St Mary's and the western eye hospital were totally excellent. Appointments were easy and convenient to make. Nurses were dedicated and helpful and the doctors were truly caring and professional. Thanks to all your staff for making my visits to your great hospitals a good experience.
