"Staff attitude"

About: Hillingdon Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I attended recently as I'm under the care of the antenatal team

I saw the nurses all standing around laughing joking chatting while the area was dirty and smelly

I heard nurses arguing on phones inside their offices and then storming around the place which I find disgraceful

No one bothered to see to my own needs and after Persuing the staff member behind the desk then I was seen

I would like to see a friendly face rather than a stern angry one

I feel that there is no order in place and it's the same most times I attend.
