"One up on a day full of downs"

I would like to say a bit thank you to all the nurses on the Elstead Ward where I was admitted after a miscarriage. Their care and kindness made such a big difference during the hard times I was going through. I want to thank one particular member of staff who was very kind when I was feeling my lowest. I was so sorry to learn that they are planning to shut the ward down.

I also want to say thank you to the A&E team. I was treated with dignity and kindness and I received the needed care very promptly. I also want to thank the anesthesiology team who prepared me for my surgery. The whole experience was painless and very straightforward. I can't thank you all enough!
