What I liked

Currently undergoing orthodontic treatment and although the majority of staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, I cannot say the same for all receptionists. On one particular occasion I tried to book an emergency appointment and I was told I could not have an appointment for 2 WEEKS! Which reseulted in me having to go to a private orthodontist and spending £75 for a 5 minute appointment!

I am sorry that you were not able to get an appointment as quickly as you would have liked, and that you found the reception staff to be unhelpful. Your comments have been passed to and discussed with the relevant manager.
