What I liked
Everyone very nice and kind but noone seems to hold any responsibility for what is happening with my mother's care.
Basically we would be very grateful if she could be moved back to Chippenham Hospital simply due to proximity. (Savernake Hospital is a 60 mile round trip to visit)
What could be improved
A liitle more communication. Noone seems to be taking responsibility for decisions.
