"From the moment I arrived for ..."

What I liked

From the moment I arrived for my pre op to the moment I arrived on the ward (7 West) I was treated with respect and dignity, All the staff were very friendly, when a test was done I was told why it was being done I didn’t have to ask. The ward was cleaned every day and the food was very good always hot and unlike the impression always giving about hospital food it was Very Tasteful

What could be improved

The only thing I can think of and it’s a rather silly complaint is the blinds on the windows were broken and at this time of year it was very bright very early
