What I liked

I visited the hospital for an X-ray. All of the staff I encountered, from the gentleman on the main reception, to the ladies on X-ray reception and the radiographer, were excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and good at their job. I arrived at 3.30pm, and was on my way back home within 20 minutes. The areas I saw were clean, and there was hand gel readily available. The last time I needed an X-ray (many years ago) I recall having to hang around in a dirty and miserable corridor for what seemed like hours! This was a huge improvement.

What could be improved

Nothing. The visit could not have gone more smoothly.
