"Poor service"

Went to our local urgent dental care Service first of all in March with severe tooth pain, dentist did 'root canal' work or so I was told then said I did not need to seek further treatment. Turned out that I should have - pain came back again few weeks later in April, rang 111 out of hours again, spoke to someone who advised me they had booked an appointment at the dental service at 9. 40pm, when I got there they knew nothing about me and refused to see me. I was in agony, had just spent £8 in cab fare getting there. I then spent half an hour on 111 trying to sort out, as the dental service  point blank refused to assist me or call anyone, whilst at same time asking them to please honour appointment. Spoke to the same person again, completely denied it was their mistake and blamed it on a colleague even though I recognised their voice!

Called 111 recently with infection, pain from extraction I'd had on Friday, the same person was very rude and disrespectful towards me, I am disgusted and have now lodged formal complaint. Again denied that it was them that I had spoken to a few weeks ago yet oddly could recall all of 'our' conversation! ?

Will now have to ring 111 again to see if again the dental service can see me. So fed up and disgusted with this 'non-service' and do not appreciate being treated with utter contempt. Well, I have lodged a formal complaint now so we shall see what happens next.
