Hello I walked into Hastings Access Centre and used the centre on a Saturday. Waited 1h 50 minutes or so which was was not too bad ..My problem was sorted straight away Thank You. However I want to bring to your attention that the system used to call patients to their triage room in the 1st instance. Seems to be very unprofessional and falls under data protection as anyone can see a patients full name. Why don't you issue a client number system or at least just use a surname ...That way its not to personal. Data needs to be confidential in these modern times.
