Procedures seem to be performed professionally.

What could be improved

I also experienced the afore mentioned waiting times which surprised me considering this being a private hospital.Also the not exactely friendly staff at the reception seemed a bit out of place. I can live with both.

What really angered me was how quickly and without prior discussion expensive procedures were performed. I have been there twice and everytime I left I had the feeling that not my health but the money I paid where the most important thing. Despite what it says on their homepage there appears to be no transparency whatsoever about how much money you will have to pay in the end of the day.

I will certainly go to NHS hospitals in the future even if that means waiting a few weeks for the appointment.
