(as a service user),

I had to attend the Medical Physics Dept at the Bradford Royal Infirmary. The staff nurse who looked after me was so friendly and kind, putting me at ease the whole way throughout the test, my scan on the first day could have been carried out with a little more care as I was in quite some pain and discomfort having bad arthritis and recent knee replacement. day two was really wonderful, as was the staff.

Dear Johny, thank you for this review of your appointment at our Medical Physics Department. I am really delighted to hear about the friendly, kind nurse who looked after you, but note your comment about needing to check if people have any other health issues going on and take that bit of extra care when patients may have a condition that is not always obvious.

I am sure the department will take that on board, and will appreciate this constructive feedback, which I will of course pass on to them.
