"A&E Staff is very Unprofessional,Rude &..."

About: Hillingdon Hospital / Accident and emergency

My wife went to the A&E for gynaecologist issue after having dialysis.Staff kept her waiting for over 2 hours , she was drained out completely. At the point when she busted with tears of restlessness Still no one attended Her.

She saw most of the patients came & gone home in front of her but she was not seen by the doctor. A staff member who I spoke to was extremely rude, they started adviseing me to go for private treatment.

Patients should be treated with dignity & respect which is Basic minimum expectations. Staff needs coaching & Training on how to deal with Patients in calm curtious manner. Sorry to write the real face of Staff in this hospital who thinks they own the hospital.
