"The moment I entered the ward I was put at ease"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Queen Margaret hospital in Dunfermline and my Consultant was Mr. Sharma.

I was in hospital for 8am and from the moment I entered the ward I was put at ease with a very warm and friendly welcome. This in fact was how my day continued.

The staff were excellent and very professional in the job they were doing.

Mr. Sharma came to see me and fully explained what the procedure was and reassuring me about my Op. I was also able to speak to the Anaesthetist who was very good in explaining the Anaesthetic block of my arm and how it would be administered.

The Nursing staff were truely amazing nothing was too much for them. Thank you all so much
