I have taken this opportunity to express my opinion as I didn't expect it from a doctor, and the team. This is why the NHS gets a bad review and put pressure on the NHS. As always I am able to get a emergency appointment from my GP. Having seen to me, for a vaginal prolapse and was in a great deal of pain. My GP called Queens in Romford and spoke to a register who was happy to see me. When I got to Queen the information desk staff in the last eight years have never had a smile on their faces, trying to direct me to A and E, when have explained numerous only then I got guided to the Gynae department. As for the Gynae department, I was booked in and after 4 hours told by Queens GP they can't do anything? and they examined me! I was persist my GP had booked me and the register is aware of me coming and is happy to see me.
I went to my GP and as usual were more then happy to give me a perception to get hold of the pessary fitting which Queens have available on the day, however I ran round found a chemist that can get hold of two sizes ran back to GP and they done the job !!
