"Everyone was helpful, supportive and friendly"

About: Crawley Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had an operation on my shoulder as a day case. From the minute I entered the ward until the time I left, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful, supportive and friendly. Whilst operations are never a nice experience this helped make the stay less frightening.

Thank you to all involved.
