Therapy has massively boosted my confidence, I don't feel so low, I'm more outspoken and can say what I want to (in a kind way) without worrying that I'm upsetting people all the time. Learning to be more assertive has helped me to improve my friendships and social life. I've tried to stop mind reading and worrying about what others are thinking all the time - this has really helped me stop over thinking things.
Emma sussed out my feelings after just one and a half sessions and saw and understood what I was struggling with. She's good at her job, has given me time and patience, and has given me a boost to move on and get past stress in my day to day life.
Coming to CBT has been an experience in a good way! I still have ups and downs like everyone else but this has done me a lot of good and given me techniques to work on in my life to make things even better. I've learnt to just be myself rather than try to constantly just sell a version of me. I really do appreciate everything that's been done for me thank you.
