"Overall a great health centre"

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have to say, over the last year or so the services have improved greatly. The receptionists and secretaries are always pleasant, respectful and willing to help. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and i have great confidence in their ability to ensure that excellent care is always provided. I am usually always able to get an appointment and can usually get through on the phone after a short wait. There has been the odd occasion when my prescription hasn't been ready when it should be but this is normally rectified quite promptly. My only complaint would have to be the management, on the odd occasion i have spoken to them regarding my late prescription i have been met with hostility and quite frankly a lack of respect. I understand they can be under pressure but that does not excuse the rude way i have been dealt with, i find them to be rather dismissive and more than happy to pass the blame to others. I have also witnessed the appalling way in which they sometimes address their staff, its a wonder they are allowed to behavior in such a manner. I shall however persevere with the practice as overall it is largely improved compared to previous years, and at this age why bother changing surgeries..........
