"Absolutely a waste of time"

They do not care it's as simple as that! If your a parent and ring this service for some help or advise don't bother because they see you as being a pain in the backside!

Even though your child is in mental distress. Be prepared to be passed from pillar to post and get no help what so ever or to be fobbed off constantly! They think you are a neurotic parent and do not take your concerns seriously!
