Rubbish.

Canceled my appointment for at least 5 times. The doctors never read what their collegues have recorded and keep asking the same question.

Dont arrange any appointment if you are not able to.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to feed back on your experience. I am very sorry it is as you describe. We do have to cancel appointments sometimes but your experience of multiple cancellations is unacceptable. In addition I understand how frustrating it is to have to repeat your story to different staff. We are working hard to improve our services to provide better continuity and I hope your experience in the future reflects this.
