I had a physio appointment at this clinic last October. The person I saw made me feel very uncomfortable due to their offhand manner. They were very rude to me with the way they spoke. I have a rare health condition which makes my joints very unstable & painful and I hoped they would give me some useful advice on how to improve that, but instead they made me feel like I was complaining for nothing. They gave me almost no helpful advice at all. I was told by them that I had to "Park up my painful troubles" and leave them there, because apparently that's what everyone does! Not everyone has Marfan syndrome though but I didn't get chance to say that as I was shocked at their rudeness. They showed no concern whatsoever & I left feeling like it was my own fault that I have health problems, based on their comments. Needless to say I didn't go back there for physio but I now wish I had put in a formal complaint about that person. Not because they couldn't do anything for me, that's understandable, but because of their lack of compassion towards someone who had been referred to them for a bit of advice on how to manage their loose joints. I wonder if they read this and feel proud of the job they're doing!
"Treated awfully."
