Nearly 4wks to get a hair-wash, conferred with NICE, no policy established for my concern. Eenie, meenie, minie, mo, shall we put a nappy on? Yes or no. Noticed red bottom yesterday, yet to consult with Staff. Chiropody requests eventually resulted in hard skin being removed but toe-nails now resemble talons. No signs of ever getting a shower, hoists not compatible, bath non-existent.
