I don't know where I would be without this place. The 1-to-1s are really good and have helped me a lot. The recovery and change workbook has helped me realise my habits. I have found Mary helpful but I don't really like the 7 day pick up as I don't feel trusted and going to the pharmacy every day is a lot of hassle. I would like it to be easier to get 1 day a week pickup.

My relationship with my key worker is great and she has helped me a lot to realise how I want to change my use. I would like to thank Tina.

It is so good to hear you have found your key work sessions and the workbook so useful.

I really do hear you point around the pharmacy collections and appreciate how this could leave you feeling. Unfortunately Mary and all our prescribers are governed by our prescribing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). However once your risk is deemed appropriate to lower Mary and Tina will discuss with you less frequent attendance / collections at pharmacy.

It sounds like you've reached the stage where you want to and are ready to make changes which is fantastic. Keep attending all we offer at STARs and also try the fellowships if you haven't already. All the very best with your recovery.
