"Cannot get through to the surgery on the phone"

I find it very difficult to get through to the Drs Hedge & Jude's Practice - Riverside Branch in the mornings. I called over 50 times the other week one after the other & I think the person on the other end kept cancelling my call rather than picking up or putting me in a queue. I found this very disturbing as what if somebody has an emergency & they need help? Having the put phone put down on you is not professional & very alarming.
